Responsibilities

This role will specifically support the International Space Station (ISS) Program office in Houston, Texas with procurement/source board coordination activities. The candidate will need to have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to keep a team moving forward.

Key Functions

  • Provide support to source selection products required throughout each step of the source selection activity in accordance with guidelines. This includes leading development, maintenance and configuration control of:
    • Request for Proposal (RFP) documents
    • Statement of Work
    • Data Requirement Descriptions
    • Work load indicators
  • Provide support to Government personnel's evaluation of contractor proposals
    • Establish process and tool for collecting evaluation observations
    • Transfer and consolidate observations into integrated findings
    • Develop source selection presentation documents
    • Provide support to post source selection activities, such as debriefings, post-award reviews/meetings, etc.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate technical discipline from a recognized institution
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exhibit high level of innovation, creativeness, and initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers
  • Broad internal recognition from peers and Aerospace program office
  • Broad technical/programmatic impact inside and outside of Aerospace

Preferred
